Some of you might remember my old blog. It feels like half a lifetime ago that I wrote there! A special welcome to you for sticking around so long – I’m so glad to have you here. This blog is a fresh start for me, and I’m hoping it’ll be a more personal space where I can share experiences, answer questions, and hopefully give some guidance.
I plan to post once a month, so make sure to check in every once in a while for updates.

Why I'm Here: Who This Blog Is For
Every month, I get dozens of emails from people asking me all sorts of things. I do my best to answer everyone, but with limited time, I wanted to create a space where I can dive deeper into the topics that people are asking about.
The majority of the emails I get are from:
- Fans: who want to know more about me and what it’s like to date a trans girl
- Aspiring Performers: who aren’t sure how to get started in the porn industry
- Trans People: who are curious about my transition and what it’s like to work in porn as a trans person
Besides answering questions on these topics, I also want to take the time every now and then to write about other things that are important to me. Aside from my work and my experience as a trans woman, those are sexual education and mental health, among other things.
A Little About Me
I’m Emily Adaire, a 29-year-old trans girl based in Hamburg, Germany.
I came out as trans almost 10 years ago, and I’ve taken my time deciding how much I wanted to medically transition. In 2017, I started HRT (hormone replacement therapy), got some laser hair removal, and in 2024, I underwent two gender-affirming surgeries (breast augmentation and facial feminization surgery).
Before getting into porn, I worked in fine arts, but after a burnout, I decided to make a career switch in 2020. So, what do you do with an unfinished fine arts degree and a decent-sized co**? Porn, obviously!
I started with solo videos, which, let’s be real, were pretty bad. But on the side, I did webcam work, which helped me feel more comfortable in front of the camera and gave my self-esteem a huge boost.
Eventually, I started collaborating with other people, some amateurs, some pros. Then in 2021, I got my first studio shoot for Grooby. Since then, I’ve starred in dozens of studio scenes and over 250 self-produced ones!
I’ve also been recognized with nominations for several industry awards, including the Trans Erotica Awards in Los Angeles, the XBIZ Creator Awards in Miami, and the XBIZ Europa Awards in Amsterdam.
Lately, life has slowed down a bit, and I’m enjoying not spending all my time in hotel rooms abroad. Now, I finally have the time to share insights about my experiences, and I hope you’ll find them both helpful and entertaining – ideally, both!
